Instant vs. Send Out

Depending on your need, you can choose from:

  • Instant: Immediate results. If a patient is “negative” at site, you will receive results the day of testing. Non-negative must be sent out for confirmation and can take up to 4 days.
  • Send Out: All screens are sent to the lab for results. These can take 4 to 6 days for results.

DOT Drug Test - 5 Panel Urine Send Out

Breath Alcohol vs. Blood Alcohol

Got Physicals? We do.

Let us customize a plan to fit your needs.

DOT Physicals

Interstate commerce is when you drive:

  • From one state to another state or to a foreign country;
  • Between two places within a state, but the route takes the vehicle through another state or for-eign country; or
  • Between two places within a state, but your cargo came from or will be delivered to another state or foreign country.

Intrastate commerce is when you drive a commercial motor vehicle only within one state and you do not meet any of the descriptions above for interstate commerce.

NOTE: If you operate in both intrastate commerce and interstate commerce, you must choose interstate commerce.

Pre-Employment Physicals

Basic Physical: All of our non-DOT physicals are held to DOT standards. This means you get a quality physical for your employee.

Lift Test: We perform a Lift Test on site at all of our clinics for half the cost of physical therapy centers.

Respirator Testing: Pulmonary function tests are a broad range of tests that measure how well the lungs take in and exhale air and how efficiently they transfer oxygen into the blood. Spirometry measures how well the lungs exhale.

Immunizations

HepB: The hepatitis B vaccine is safe and effective and is usually given as 3-4 shots over a six month period.

TDap: This vaccine protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis, or whooping cough.

Flu: As long as flu viruses are spreading and causing illness, vaccination can still provide protection against the flu. Flu activity typically peaks in February in the United States, and the season can last as late as May. While there's still time to benefit from a flu vaccine, the sooner you get vaccinated, the more likely you are to be protected against the flu when activity picks up in your community.
